My Review of the Laser Square and Mat
First let me say, I have not been asked to review this product. These are my own thoughts and experiences with the Laser Square and Mat.
I have always been a pretty linear scrapper. I like straight lines and grid designs. So I was pretty excited to give the Laser Square a try. It’s wonderful for lining up photos and creating a grid design. I also found it extremely useful for keeping my letter stickers straight when creating a title.
Without a doubt my favorite way to use this tool is to follow a straight line when adding my handwritten journaling. I spent many years typing my journaling because I wanted things perfectly straight. After awhile I got tired of that and started handwriting my journaling. But it would always bother me if things went a bit downhill as I wrote. Now they won’t! And I love it!
I haven’t found a ton of cons with this product. There are only a couple of things I can think of, one is that it takes two 9V batteries. Hopefully those will last awhile and won’t need regular replacement. The other is that it takes a bit of space on your scrap desk. That doesn’t really bother me, but may be an issue for some. Overall I really like this product and am so glad to add it to my scrapbooking tools!
Do you have a We R Memory Keepers Laser Square and Mat? Wanting one? I’m sure I’m not the only linear scrapper out there! 🙂
