December Daily 2014 {Days 1-6}

I have kept up with December Daily in only a matter of moments each day. My iPhone approach is working like a charm. And I am loving the results!

Take a look…

Day 1:

I always start my Dec album with photos of us decorating the tree. Even though this typically happens the day after Thanksgiving. I don’t stress about the fact that these photos aren’t literally from Dec 1st.

I will be printing a full size photo at 6×8 and two 4×6 photos. I plan to use a text overlay on each 6×8 photo and then mix photos with journaling on the 4x6s.

My tree is a bit sad with the holes in the lights. But I will be working on fixing that. 🙂

I loved adding a bit of glitter to the layout with my number card.

Day 2:

Tuesdays are our busiest day of the week. Appointments, school, piano, basketball…we are constantly on the go.

Day 3:

My husband and I are preaching for Advent on the 7th. Prepping is hard work, and makes my brain feel squishy.

Day 4:

This spread cracks me up every time I look at my son’s face and read the word “joyful” floating above him. 9 years old and hates that his mother constantly snaps pics of him. 😉

Some days you just need a special treat to keep you going. Hello eggnog latte!

    How did you get the glitter on the numbers?

      Pam, I used the Rhonna Designs app. I started with a glitter background paper (digi paper), added a white text number, and then used the mask option. It lets the glitter paper show through the number area and masks out the rest.
