But I have a confession to make. I actually hate scrapping Halloween! I know, I know…don’t call the scrapping police on me. But when the same thing happens year after year I get bored. So that is when I turn to mini albums. I created this album a few years ago and we love it! It is super simple to keep up with, gives my boys something to look at, and doesn’t zap my creative spirit. 🙂

Every year I follow a similar format, to keep things simple. In fact, I’ve made enough layout bases to last through their 18th birthdays. That way all I have to do is print the photos, write a bit and I’m done. Love it!

Last year my oldest was obsessed with football. Well, actually, he still is. 🙂 So he went as a Cheifs player. I was glad his team was red and white for baseball. Made the costume easy!

My youngest was hooked on the Wolverine costume because of the claws! I just loved seeing him strike poses. 🙂

I may not love scrapping Halloween, but I do love looking back through the album and seeing my boys costumes through the years. It’s the best of both worlds!

I love your Halloween mini! I too do not like to scrap Halloween. Most of the time, I was too busy on Halloween to take gobs of pictures. But this is brilliant to just keep adding each year’s pictures. Unfortunately, my kids are all adults. I do still have Halloween pics, so I may eventually do this.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who dislikes scrapping Halloween. 🙂 Maybe it’s an idea to save for a grandkids album someday.

Love your projects! I will say Halloween is my favorite! I guess I’m among the minority 🙂

I don’t think you’re in the minority, I think I am. 🙂 Good thing we both have a place in the world of scrapbooking!

Great idea Monica, to keep those Halloween albums in check! Love those “strike a pose” pics, they’re my fave! <3
