Document a Trip in Your Project Life

I realize that it has been along time since I’ve shared a Project life spread with you. I definitely got behind but have been working to slowly catch up. I’m almost up to current time, but have not had the chance to share them with you yet. So today I’ve got 2 spreads to share. First we’ll take a look at the end of July and then I’ll share how I documented a trip from the beginning of August.

To keep things simple I filled this spread with mostly photos.

After my son broke his toe I snagged a few pictures of the x-ray to include in my Project Life. I know that someday it will be interesting to him to take a look back at those x-rays!

A trip to Lego Discovery Center was a favorite activity of the summer. I had to let it take up a significant portion of the spread. 🙂

And now for the week of our trip. Again I included mostly photos. I feel like many times the pictures speak enough without the need of tons of writing.

The left side of the spread included many everyday life photos. This is our life.

And now for our trip. I included this insert within the spread to document our trip to visit my sister. The front of the insert includes mostly photos.

The back of the insert also includes many photos but also a list of the fun we had during our trip. It’s a quick and easy insert that still documents our weekend away.

The end of the spread includes a few more fun activities such as backyard camping and a trip to the ball game.
