Vertical Photo in a 2-up Photo Album {Photoshop Elements Tutorial}

After sharing my Disney Autograph Photo Album on Wednesday I got questions about how I created those full size photos. So I wanted to share the steps with you today. Here is a quick tutorial for creating vertical photos to use in a 2 up photo album.

The steps are:

  1. Open your photo in Photoshop Elements
  2. Crop your photo to 6×8
  3. Crop the top half of the photo to 4×6 and check the divide line to make sure it doesn’t cut through someone’s face
  4. If adjustments need to be made undo the crop and crop to 6×8 again
  5. When you are satisfied with the crop line, crop the top half of your photo to 4×6 and print or save
  6. Click undo crop
  7. Crop the bottom half of your photo to 4×6 and print or save
  8. Place your two 4×6 photos into your album
