Welcome to my stop on the OLW Blog Hop. If you came from Margie’s blog you are in the right place. I’m Monica and this is Scrap Inspired, feel free to stop and stay awhile! Or if you are interested to learn more about what goes on around here you can sign up for my email newsletter in the right sidebar! But now, let’s get back to One Little Word!
I actually pulled this one together in under an hour. I’ve been thinking about my letters for awhile but just sat down to write them this morning. Love that some of these months are super simple and some are more involved!
I absolutely loved Ali’s self portrait for April so I decided to do a similar one. (Want more tips on taking a self portrait? Check out this post)
I really just wrote from the heart. I did go back and read last year’s letter and it was really interesting to see how my goals for my life had changed. What a difference a year makes!!
Your next stop on the blog hop is JAMIE! I’ve linked all the stops below in case you get lost along the way. Happy Hopping!

Thanks so much Jenn!
I agree–love that some months are really simple while others are more involved. Congrats on all your successes over the past year; here’s to more to come!
I especially needed the simple month this go around.

Congrats!
Loved your take on April’s project.
Thanks Kimberlee!
I love how this month’s prompt brings out such honest journaling. Kudos on your successes so far. Best of luck with your web business.
Thanks Cheri! Sometimes it’s hard to journal honestly especially when you are sharing it with so many people. But I think it’s totally worth it in the end!
Great shot, I too enjoyed the b/w side lit – gives a nice timeless feel to the project. Fun to hear that your goals have changed and so glad that you are able to stay home with the boys. Reaching those goals is always a great feeling – congratulations!
Thanks so much!

Lovely post Monica! Being honest and open is hard, but oh so necessary! I loved going back and reading my letter last year too.
