If you have read my blog for long you know there are a few things I don’t love to scrap…Halloween, Christmas, Birthdays. Well know I can add one more…sports! I’ve decided I will scrap the first season of each sport for each boy. After that I’m moving to something like a mini album or a Shutterfly album.
Today I’m here to share a soccer layout. Let me say…I don’t love it.
But done is done!
- Design Inspiration: This time around I scraplifted myself! You can see this basketball layout here.
- Color Inspiration: I thought of soccer fields and went with green and white.
In addition to the team photos I created a collage of a few of my favorite shots from the season.
To make the photo of my son stand out I matted it with some green paper.
I love the white with glitter circles, and the black border with circles…reminds me of soccer balls. Then the print on the green paper reminds me of a goalie net. Everything about this layout says soccer to me!
I used a bunch of soccer stickers I had on hand. And I WISH I had put them right under the black border rather than at the bottom of the layout. The way they are just doesn’t flow. But done is done.
Soccer has been my son’s favorite sport from the first moment he stepped on the field. I know that I have many soccer games and pictures in my future!

Great sports layouts!!
Thanks Ashley! I hate making sports layouts almost as much as I hate playing sports! So I needed to hear that!
I do love watching my boys play though. I’m a great cheerleader, as long as I can stay in my chair! HaHa
