Project Life {Weeks 13}

Week 13 was a light week. Lots of days home with a sick little one.

And it’s a week with no inserts! Yay! 🙂

I kept things pretty simple this week. Lots of journaling on tags and several photo collages. Love how flexible this project is!

The week started out with my Dad heading in to the hospital. Apparently he now gets to add seizure disorder to his long list of medical issues post stroke. Sure would be nice if we could just deal with what he has rather than adding new issues all the time!

Since I didn’t have a ton of stories this week I decided to document our favorite TV shows right now. I focused on the ones my husband and I watch together. At some point I’ll probably do a similar thing for the shows my boys watch.

I really love how it turned out! Such a fun way to document our everyday life. May even have to make a scrapbook page on the topic! 🙂

I pulled this week together while catching up on some recorded TV. It’s so nice how portable all this is! If I’ve got a pen, some journaling tags, and adhesive I’m good to go.

Are we the only crazy ones that tried for the Mega Millions? We never play, but had to join in the fun with the dollar amounts so high! Come to find out we have VERY different ideas about how one should live after winning the lottery. Probably better that we didn’t win. 🙂

My favorite story of the week came from my oldest. He felt bad that his brother was sick so he wrote him a letter, bought him a toy, gave him an extra turn to sit in the middle (big deal around here) and in the process brought tears to his mother’s eyes. LOVE THAT BOY!

Once again I’m linking up to the Mom Creative. Check out all their Project Life inspiration!

    I love how you incorporated your favorite tv shows this week. We played the mega millions too, but usually do not. How could you not take a chance on a jackpot that high, though! 🙂

    Great layout 🙂
