Christmas Eve was a quiet family day. My Mom brought my Dad over for dinner which was the first time he’s been to my house since his stroke over a year ago. But the story of the day was all about Santa’s cookies!
We tried a new recipe I had pinned on Pinterest. Milk Dud Cookies. YUM!
When we set out the cookies and mild for Santa I snapped a few shots with the glow of the Christmas tree in the background. Gotta love the magic of bokeh!
My hubby helped out by snapping a few photos during cookie prep. Followed shortly by him eating said cookies. 
These babies didn’t last long.
