December Daily {The Beginning}

I’ve told you how excited I am about December Daily when I shared my album cover and foundation pages. Then December begins and I’m not even home! Remember how my December photo list included pics of a family vacation? Well our family spent the first two days of December on a short vacation. When we got home last night I uploaded my photos and got to work on December Daily. So I’m sorry for the poor quality of the pics, but just had to share what I’ve done so far.

I realized that if I wanted to use one of Ali Edward’s templates as a photo collage for day 1 I needed something to go on the other side. Which would actually be my intro page. So I printed out one of Ali’s digital stamps. To make it more interesting I added Diamond Stickles to the 25. It’s still wet in this photo, but I think it will look pretty in the end.

I wanted to use lots of photos for this first day since it was a day full of fun.

The pocket page looks cute from the front but the big white card bothered me from the back. So I stamped a sentiment on the back.

Β For the journal page I added a strip of pattern paper, a title, and a photo.

And now for Day 2 (sorry it’s a bit blurry)…

It kinda cracks me up that the “tis the season to be jolly” template has a photo of my boys on a water slide.

Again, the back of the transparency page bugged me a bit. So I stamped another sentiment on the back of the tag.

I had some fun with brads and stickers on this page. Gotta have fun when scrapping right?? πŸ™‚

How has your December been so far?

      Thanks so much! The summer weather was only inside the waterpark. πŸ™‚ Outside it’s definitely cold. But I agree the combination of warm weather photos and snowflakes is so fun!
