Thankful Thursday {A Turkey Project}

It’s that time of year…turkey time! My son brought home the outline of a turkey with the directions to decorate it as a family. We decided to use photos for the feathers (no big surprise there). My son chose pics of his favorite people and cut them into a feather shape. We used a thin paper bag to create the stuffed belly. Ribbon for the gobble and chipboard letter stickers for the beak, google eyes, and cardboard legs completed our turkey. My boys were so proud of our creation. My favorite part? Working on a creative project together! That’s something to be thankful for!

What are you thankful for today?
