I love taking photos, but I don’t often take time to scrap about it. It seemed like time for that to change!
Design Inspiration: This layout came from Ella’s sketch challenge. I loved the uneven position of the photos and the large strip of pattern paper at the bottom.
Color Inspiration: This was another snack bag layout from Mother LOAD. (wish I had remembered to snap a pic of my snack bag!) The brads, pins, and frames all contributed to my color palette.
I bought a kit from BPC of Amy Tangerine products. This adorable camera stamp was included in that kit. love Love LOVE!!
Two of my favorite recent photos. You’ve seen the sunflower pic when I posted about framing your subject. The bright happy colors also seemed perfect for this layout!
I was unsure exactly how to use pins on a layout. I simply poked them through the paper like I was pinning fabric. To keep the pin from poking through my page protector I put a drop of Glossy Accents on the tip of the pin.
Noell Hyman over at Paperclipping gave me the idea to use words cut from magazines on scrapbook pages. I did that twice on this page. Once on the frame around the camera stamp and once for my title. I am SOOO doing this again! Love how it turned out!!!
Where do you find inspiration for you scrapbook pages? Leave me a comment, I’d love to hear all about it!
